Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval may not be received and may be returned to the sender.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit an order inquiry form within 48 hours of delivery and include photos for review.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
